On June 21, 2020, I ordered what I thought was a $70 dollar jar of keto fast pills, just to try it. What I was charged for, on my debit card, was 198.00 for 5 bottles of the pills, and another $34 for some cleanse stuff. My bank called me to tell me of these charges to my card, which initially, I said I did not incur. The bill was from something called Healthgenfix, which I did not recognize as having dealt with. The charges were outrageous, and definitely not what I remembered ordering. Turns out, this company just automatically sells you all this stuff you didn't order. I called them, got instructions for returning the product, which I followed to the letter. I have called them twice now to get the charges removed from my credit card. Yesterday, they told me that they would refund 30% of 235.00. Not good enough. This company needs to be identified as a scam, and what possible recourse do consumers have? Yean, I was stupid for ordering something online. But I returned the merchandise and will never recover my money.

On June 7, 2020, I purchased a free trial for KETOFAST pills for 1.99 shipping and handling, used my Bank Card to make purchase for free trail bottle. But when I go to complete purchase, pop ups began to appear and try and get me to purchase other items. First the Cleanse for 34.98 pops up which I was able to refuse, then for multiple supply of Keto pills for 198.70 which I refuse as well. I go to complete order and see no confirmation of final purchase or cost. On June 8, 2020 I look at my Bank statement online and see the two unauthorized purchases for Keto Cleanse for $34.98 and Pills for $198.70. I 'm a Senior adult, with limited income and feel this type of illegal practices of trying to trick get people in purchasing products from their Website should be band and company fined. I called the posted number, which it took about 30 minutes to get an agent, in an attempt to get funds return to my account, which the male customer service agent tries to get me to purchase another item at a discount price, which I advised the agent I only wanted my money back into my account. This is when the agent advised me that he could not return the money but will cancel any additional purchases. While again explaining to agent to return my funds the phone conversation with agent was dropped and I immediately returned a call which took another 20-25 minutes for someone to answer, and when they did answer it was the same agent. I was not sure it was the same agent at first while explaining the reason I was calling, until he advised me that "Sir" I told you before we cannot return your money, and I will cancel any future order which I told him I will contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint, which he hung up the phone and ended our conversation. totally unfair practice.

Overcharged and haven't received it. 14 days later
I decided to order the keto at a price of buy 2 get 1 free $54.95. They charged my account twice and wasn't the correct total. Ist $149 and 2nd $35. I've tried contact with emails and phone and I get nothing. 14 days later still no package or even a way to track it. 3-5 days is supposed to be delivered so you get 7 day trial to see if it works so you can send it back. This is a scam is how I feel. I'm very frustrated as a customer and warning everyone about this scam. Don't fall for it. Its total ***.

I ordered their full package online. They advertise a FREE trial bottle but to get it you need a credit card. They charge the card but no product!!!
I purchased a package from Keto. They required a credit card for a supposedly FREE bottle. My card was charged within 24 hour of my order. My order NEVER CAME. It has been 3 weeks. They do not supply any contact information ... no contact phone, no e-mail. I tried to send an e-mail but the info address I tried does not exist. This looks like a COMPLETE FRAUD to me. I plan to have the charge removed from my credit card.

Company won't answer their phone and can't email them. Can't request a refund or ask for the shipping to stop. ,(cant cancel)
Answered an add about the Keto product for weight loss/appetite and craving control. Only pay $4.99 for shipping. Used my debit card this was in October 2019. They keep sending the product that I don't want (product doesn't work anyway)
I've returned the unopened product once and tried to contact the company to request a cancellation. They won't answer the phone, can't leave a message, their email won't load or it just gets returned if you can get an email out.
They are changing my account $89.94 a month since October 2019.

I want them to stop taking out the money and I want them to stop sending this product to me.

I found a phone number 1800-713-5580 but when you call it says that they are not excepting any new voice messages. Today I was charged $89.94 and there is no way for me to dispute or cancel this because you cannot get a hold of the company. To top it all off the product doesn't work that well. I feel like this is a scam.

Was scammed by false advertising and charged multiple times without authorization on consent.
Initially on 12/28 I was offered a trial of Keto Boost for no charge except shipping cost. I had agreed but when I submitted info it not only charged me for the Keto Boost but for another item as well called "Detox Boost". I never agreed to that product or wanted it. When I saw I was charged for two I attempted to contact the company without any success. I was never able to get anyone on the phone and website kept coming up as "Domain invalid". Today my account was charged $89 dollars two times. I did not authorize this charge and have made several attempts to contact the company but website is gone and no one over the phone. I contacted my fraud department at my bank and have a pending fraud charge. I would like to speak with someone at the company and have them resolve their fraudulent charges. I have been charged 3 times now for things I never authorized. This is horrible business practices and their entire business is a scam. Please stay clear. Im fighting to get my money back still.

Failure to receive a refund.
Been attempting to get this refund ($198) since 5 Jul 2019. Each time I have contacted them I get the same "cookie cutter" reply saying my request has been forwarded for consideration. At one time they requested that I send them a copy of my credit card statement. I did this but still no action. I have contacted them numerous times. The last time in contacted them I told them that I was not going to go away until I received my refund. That was a couple of weeks ago but I have not received a reply to that one.

Responded to an ad trial of a keto productfor 4.99 for shipping and handling. 2 months later there is a charge on my act for over $80.
The company is refusing to refund the money that they took out of my account. I was only supposed to be charged 4.99.

I ordered a free sample of the Keto weight loss product. I called to cancel after 2 weeks because it was not working.could not connect
after the third time of trying to contact someone I talked to Danna, she informed me that it was to late to cancel and that is why I was charged $79.97
I told her I want it canceled for future orders and wanted a refund of what they took from me. She said she would cancel but first wanted to make sure I was using the product correctly, so she went through all kinds of questions and said how it worked for her. I said I was not interested and wanted my money back and all other transactions canceled.
She said she canceled the future orders as we spoke and gave me a confirmation number XXXXXXXX
She said she just sent me the email of the cancelation. (It never arrived !)
I told her I would just have to go through my bank on this dispute but she said it would not help, they deal with banks all the time and I can't get the money back.
I called my bank and they said I needed to send the bottle back for them to resolve this, however there is no address to send it to. its not on the bottle or the bank withdraw notice.
I paid for the shipping of this sample to me which was $4.95 it was from quick fitness.com NY 8/13/XXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX
