I had purchased a 14 day trial of ketoburn to try the product. I paid for the trial and apparently they charged me extra for endo pure as well. I didn't want the endopure, but I just let it go and didn't worry about it. I figured it was just $7 and it wasn't worth my time to call and complain about $7. After trying the product, I didn't like the it, so I wasn't going to purchase anymore of it. The next thing I knew there was a charge on my bank account for the amount of $184.61 that I did not authorize and did not recognize what it was from. I am a victim of identity theft and have my credit frozen to prevent things like this from happening. I have had numerous charges to my bank account and other charges made in my name on different occasions that I haven't authorized. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my debit card in fear of thinking it was happening again. This was the debit card which was used to make the purchase and then I disputed the charges because I didn't recognize the name of this company. It wasn't listed as ketoburn on my bank account, it was listed as 2 separate transactions from *** & *** out of .
I then later got the ketoburn and Endopure product in the mail and called to send it back stating I had never authorized the purchase of this product and wanted to return it. They told me that my account had been closed and that I filed a dispute. This is when I realized they were the charges that I didn't authorize to go onto my account. I explained to the lady what had happened and stated I still wanted to return the product. I asked her what to do. She was very rude in telling me it was my problem and that I should call my bank to figure it out. I called the bank and stated what had happened and they informed me they were going to continue to investigate the dispute. Well my bank sent a letter stating they were going to put the charge back onto my bank account. So that's when I called Ketoburn and explained everything that had just happened. Now I have been laid off due to covid-19 and have very little money in my bank account. So now this amount is causing me to overdraft and being charged a NSF fee. I explained this to the employee at ketoburn and I also stated I know that it's after the 30 day mark but I was doing as told by the employee at ketoburn and my bank. Ketoburn would not work with me at all and would not let me speak with any manager to explain all the things that had happened. The employee hung up on me even with me trying to continue to speak with him. They closed my account and would not let me send back the product that I did not order. So therefore my bank could not dispute the claim due to them closing the account and stating that I had the product. Even with me trying to get a RMA number from ketoburn to return the product to them. They do not work with you and are hard to get on the phone. I am wanting to return the product that is still sealed and in the box with the packing slip and I want a refund.

I clicked on an add on ***. selected ketoBurn an EndoBurn for a FREE 14 day trial. After paying shipping I received the terms and conditions. I called to cancel my order immediately. I was told that I could not cancel. That it would cost 65$ each product. That I could extend my 14Day trail to 21Days and get 75% off the products. I said no I wanted to cancel auto shipment. That was clearly stated.
Well I called on the 18th of February. Today and asked why I was charged 92$ each if I had canceled. Now my account has gone negative on 2 charges... *** from customer service said it was an agent error and it wasn’t canceled. *** states that I had called on February 17th to cancel. ( that was not the case. I called on the day of purchase January 27th at approximately 10am central. To CANCEL) yet they sent me a refund of 65.14 and 65.95. Not refunding the whole thing. I feel that is was purposely not canceled on the day I called. And why is was canceled on the day it was charged to my account is beyond me. They are not sending the product out. It has not hit shipping yet. I told them DO NoT send it. I don’t wNt to the product doesn’t work. And to give me the full refund.. I’m waiting a call from management now. What frustrates me is that not only have they charged me after canceling. It was two separate charges that made my account go negative. Now I have to pay for their mistakes.

Very very frustrating. I feel this is a scam!!!!!
