I believe this company is the same as the company I dealt with. Keto Fit, P.O. Box 29076,Phoenix, AZ 85038-9074. 1-800-338-5960, or 1-833-954-0172 ***. Keto Fit is the company im complaining about. On Jan. 17, 2020 I found a link on line to buy this keto fit sample for $5.95, just pay shipping and handling for a bottle. I got concerned that I didn't instantly get an invoice to see what they were charging my card for. I looked in my 1st email on 1/17/20 at 12:32 pm and an invoice was there stating I owed $244.79. This was NOT what I ordered. I immediately called their customer service to cancel the order. I said all I wanted was the sample and not what ever they were charging me for that cost $244.79.{ order # ***} and this is what they charged me for stated in my 2nd email 1/17/20 at 1;27 pm {Reg. priced one bottle of Keto Fit is $69.99. You purchased 4 bottles at the price of $69.99 and we included 3 additional bottles at no additional charge. } I told the representative {13:37 pm on 1/17/20} I want to immediately cancel my order. It was literally 5 min. after I placed the order and they said no we can not cancel it. I begged them to please cancel this order now. They would not. I told them I would be calling my credit card company to tell them to not accept the charge on my card. Because it was a holiday I had to wait 5 days to dispute the charge. I called the credit card company then on 1/22/20 and took action to fill out the paper work. On 1/28/20 @ 3:04 pm they sent me a email with a RMA return no. One problem... I received the package in the mail on 1/26/20 and next day put return to sender on it and the *** took it that day.I didn't put a return # on package as it came after I sent it back.
The credit card company said they couldn't do anything and the charge would be going back on my card . I have been scammed , I provided so much evidence and paper work tracking this intense situation and I have proof I sent the package back.Help

records, we received your order on January 17th, 2020.This was a single sale
one-time purchase offered and billed at the one-time price of $244.79 for a full
7-moth supply. When you sign up for the
7-bottle bundle deal you get 7 bottles at $34.97 each instead of the regular price
of $69.99 each. Which means you get 7 for the price of 4 at full cost. It is a
buy four get three free promotion. With this billing modal all sales are final,
and we do not offer samples. These
terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered
our product. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating
that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button,
we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any
confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and
they would have been happy to assist you.We do see the return was set
up on January 28th, 2020 but do not show we ever received the products
back.We do show that you did
file the chargeback with your financial institution. Once a
chargeback is filed with your bank, we are unable to provide any type of refund
as a resolution to the account. The outcome will be between you and your bank.

have reviewed your response and because you filed the chargeback with your financial
institution, we are unable to provide any credit of any kind. Upon receiving the
package back the refund would have been issued but it was a breach of contract
once you filed the chargeback with your financial institution to receive the
credit back from them when we had promised you the refund.Once a
chargeback is filed with your bank, we are unable to provide any type of refund
as a resolution to the account. The outcome will be between you and your bank. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am

I ordered KetoFit on 2/9 and my order defaulted to 7 bottles verse 1 - so my credit card was charged $244.79 - order number 122. I called the 1-800 number immediately and told them to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't cancel the order because they had already processed it. I asked how was that possible when I had just placed the order 2 minutes ago. They told me they could give me a RMA Notification number #*** and I could return the items when I received them (within 30 days). To this day - 4/15/2020 I still have not received them. I have emailed and called multiple times - they keep saying I will receive the product within 3 - 5 days and I don't receive it. Charles U keeps emailing me saying now it is over 30 days so I can't return the items - but I have never received them! This is a scam. What is the best way for me to get my money back since it has been over 70 days and I still have not received the product?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I too thought I was paying $35 for one bottle. Upon receiving my email receipt immediately after I ordered online, I checked the amount charged on my card and there was an additional charge of $244. I called them back immediately and asked for a refund. Was put on hold for a minute and was then told it couldn't be refunded. They spoke very fast and hung up on me before I could respond. I called right back, asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold, was told no supervisor was available and hung up on again. Truly don't know how these people live with themselves. Especially during this Covid-19 crisis.

This company is the worst! I tried the product and did not like it within the 30 day trial they guarantee. I called to get my money back, they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and I promptly returned the product. My purchase date was 1/4/20 which means I did not receive it until days later. I called them 2/1 to return products, I shipped the product which they received 2/4. They continue to tell me my request has been escalated and I will see a refund in 5-7 days. I have been calling and writing them regularly with no success. They are rude when you ask to speak to a supervisor, twice they have hung up on me. One person claimed I was passed the return date (this was after 2 others earlier never mentioned that!) which I have proof I was not. This company is a total scam!!!!

This product is not available for trial or offered for a shipping fee and you get to keep the product for free.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
The return of the products was set up on February 1st, 2020. We show we received and checked the products into our facility on February 7th, 2020.
When attempting to issue the refund back to the original form of payment we received an error message so we would be required to send an electronic check to the email on file. Due to the high volume of failed refund a electronic checks that need to be issued there are delays and electronic checks are issued in the order they are received.
We have issued the electronic check to the email on file [email protected] in the amount of $244.79 please allow 3-5 days for processing.

If I had seen the other review I would not have ordered from these people. I ordered a free sample bottle intending to try it for 30 days like they said. They sent me 7 bottles and charged me 244 dollars. When I contacted support, they said I could return them at my own expense and they would charge me 5 more dollars for each bottle! Or I could keep them and take a 35% partial refund. I have had this less than a week and they just told me my 30 days are up! I feel like a gullible fool. This company will rip you off and I don't even know if their product does anything!

The advertisement was for 3 bottles for $39.74, but I was charged $244.79 for SEVEN bottles once I reached someone at customer support. She said they had no deal for only 3 bottles. (I found the add, and I am correct). At first they were not going to give me a refund, then they offered an employee discount rate if I kept all 7 bottles (NO), or I could return the package unopened, and they would refund me plus a $5 per bottle "restocking fee." I was given an RMA number. I still have not received any package, and the USPS tracking number was "created" on 2/3 when I called to follow up with them. As of today, there is still no package enroute. They didn't offer paypay, so I used a credit card, (My mistake) and now I have to dispute my card in writing. I just want my money back. They can keep their "miracle pill"

I disagree with their statement, as this is not what was advertised. My bank has issued a refund, so I am content unless my bank feels their statement voids my refund. The refund claimed to have been paid by the business never was received by my bank.

This is the worst company in the world for returns. They nickel and dime you and you get very little money back. If you have 30 days to return it has to be at their door before 30 days is up. So if you are trying them out for 30 days you are screwed. They have a restocking fee for each bottle returned.
Never ever buy from them.

I received an e-mail on 1/15/2020 that I had ordered Keto Fit and that my total was $244.79 Confirmation Order #***.
I called the phone # right away and told them to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't cancel the order because they had already processed it. I asked how was that possible when I had just received the e-mail. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they claimed that there was not one available and hung up on me. I called 2 more times with same results.
I called again, this time they told me that I could send back the bottles once I received them, but they would have to charge me a $5 restocking fee. I was told that I was get the items in 3-5 business days, then it would take up to 2 weeks to receive my refund once they receive the item. Well today is 1/29/2020 and I still haven't received the items so that I can return them.
I called again and they said that they had to resend it, but would not give me a reason, meanwhile their holding on to my money, but wouldn't cancel the order..
Never was there a supervisor available to talk to and always hung up on me. what kind of customer care is that?
I would like a TOTAL REFUND!

full cost. It’s a buy four, get three free promotion. This is a non-recurring
billing modal so there would not be any future shipments or charges.These terms were presented to
you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. When you
ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the
terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that
they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the
terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been
happy to assist you. We do apologize there was not
a supervisor available to speak with you. But the supervisors are bound by the same
policies as the customers agents so if you spoke to a supervisor or a customer
service agent the outcome would have still been the same. We do require the
return of the products. We have
yet to receive the products back to our fulfillment center but as a courtesy we did issue a refund of $209.79 on February
10th, 2020. And on February 12th we issued the $35
restocking fee back to the account as well. Please allow 3-5 business
days to reflect into your account.I hope

I recently purchased the product “KetoFit Advanced Formula” and received the product from this company and address via mail. However upon reviewing the charges to my credit card, I was charged twice the amount that I had been told. When I attempted to email the company for a return and refund, the email address they provided on the packaging slip did not exist. I then called the customer support phone they provided and the agent would give me no answers or assistance until I gave him my credit card information, claiming he could not find my account with my name, address, order number, or email address. I asked if he would be able to assist me with a refund if I had the card information and he continued to only ask for the card information and ignored my question.

This order was placed for an exclusive offer that allowed you to buy 3 bottles and get 2 free bringing the retail price of the products down to $39.74. When then actual retail price of one bottle is $69.99.

These terms were presented to in multiple places on our website when the order is placed explaining the pricing. When an order is placed the customer must clicked a button indicating that they do agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team or emailed us at our support email, and we would have been happy to assist.

As a courtesy we have refunded the $198.70. You should see that reflect in your bank within the next 3-5 business days.

KETOSLIM, sent me a free 15 day supply. They then began charging me nearly $200 for 1 bottle of KetoBoost and 1 bottle of KetoSlim. Product didn't seem to work and I didn't realize they were charging so incredibly much. After I discovered what they were charging I called to cancel, but they had already shipped another 30 day supply and gave me "RMA" numbers to put on the box and return. Just over a month later, they are claiming not to have received the bottles and are refusing to refund my money. I never opened the box, put had it returned to sender.

According to our records, we received your order on August 9th, 2019. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the introductory amount of $94.99 for the KetoSlim and $89.98 for the KetoBoost 14 days from the date that the order was placed for the products" These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.99 for the KetoSlim on August 22nd and $89.98 for the Ketoboost on August 24th. That then enrolled you into our auto ship program billing and shipping you your second and final shipment on September 8th in the amounts of $99.98 and $94.96.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on October 9th at which point we did issue you a return authorization number to return your last shipment of products. To this date we do not show that those products have been received by us.

As a courtesy we have refunded those charges that were made on October 8th for $94.96 and $99.98. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect to you card ending in ***.
