Refund has not been issues after several attempts. I have emails from company stating it will be issued and still not received.
The ticket number for reference is KETGENXXXXXXXX. I have an original email dated January 14, 2020. On January 22, 2020 the email stated that the account was taken care of. I called and they said they could not refund my debit card and that a check would be issued. Still no refund issued. On February 5, 2020 after I contacted them again they stated that the refund could take up to 17 days to receive. On February 12, 2020 I emailed them again and they replied that they sent an email to the accounting department to expedite the refund and that could take 10 - 14 more days. I responded that it was unacceptable but I waited again. On February 25, 2020 I emailed them again. Their response was it was sent to accounting on February 19, 2020 and it would take 10-14 days. I have been getting the run around for 2 months now. On February 25, 2020 I emailed them and said I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com if my check wasn't received by March 2, 2020. I had contacted my bank originally and they said to try to work it out with the company. I have tried and will contact the fraud department at some point tomorrow.
Also their site is very shady. If you enter information it doesn't give you an amount the purchase costs it just automatically takes the card information.

This company is a scam. I have tried cancelling my so called free trial but they keep sending product and billing my CC. Beware ph #'s do not work!
I have emailed Help@ketogenasis several times to cancel my subscription. No reply until I said I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com of Odessa Fl. I then received email, but response was my order number did not match up to anything in their system. I phoned all available phone numbers, they do not work, or you are left on hold for eternity and no call back. I will have to contact my CC company to deny the charges and have them look into fraudulent practices on the part of Ketogenasis.com and Nautilus Shells, LLC, where the product is shipped from.
