I ordered online and there were a bunc( of add on specials and click here and etc, I was on the [redacted] and my wrist accidentally touched the add on but there was no visible way to correct thisI immediately called and emailed but no responseThe phone said to contact support per email but they never answered back I have made MULTIPLE of attempts of email and phone as well as other family per a different phone and no response to any I received the product and the extras I didn’t want and have been charged on my card but I can’t afford the extra I am sending it back! I have contacted my credit card company as well to inform them of the dispute This company leaves no way to cnext with them but the web page or [redacted] They do not give any customer support!

I went on a reduced carbohydrate diet this year and had been taking ketone supplements through my practitioner( [redacted] ) I heard about Ketond from a friend who knows I cannot use artificial sweeteners AT ALLi ordered the $bundle and was very happy with the product later the same month Ketond had an online sale so I ordered yet another $bundle of productone of the flavors in the bundle was key limewhen I tried it I got the most awful headache, literally in minutesit wasn't for a couple hours I thought to check the bag of key lime supplementnow, Ketond posts their ingredient list onlinethe FRONT of the bag says "sweetened with Stevia." the BACK of the bag of key lime flavor says "Sucralose and Malic acid." Well, there's the headache! I contacted Ketond to inquire about a refund on May 8thI revived an automated response but not a formal responseI sent a follow up email on May 25th, again with no responseI was looking to exchange my product but at this point I want a full refund as I don’t want to deal with a company that has no customer serviceI did reach out on Facebook and received a response that said to email the same email that I had been emailing

I ordered some product from their website using paypal to payWhen I was checking out they had a very special offer for additional bags of product for $I clicked on yes and placed my order only to realize that they had charged me $instead of the $ I immediately called the number to be directed to the support email I sent them an email requesting that they contact me immediately I also saw that they were sending my order to the incorrect address which I included in the emailI sent them the email on January 31st, at 12:pm I still have not heard back from them
