situation due to the instability of her husband Scott. Scott called me on Sunday April 17th after the storms came through with high winds telling me that the thin lattice they requested was cracking and coming down. I told him that it would be a week and a half before I would be back in town and he immediately told me he was taking me to court. I have finished product photos of the job that I'm willing to send you if needed because I want you to understand that I'm not trying to walk out on a customer, just don't feel safe returning with the hostility and because I've been to the property four times since completion taking care of small complaints. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have. determined that this does not resolve my dispute.  I do not want Mr. [redacted] to come back to my home.  The lattice is broken and can not be fixed.  I would like the money I paid for the lattice to be given back.  I also have pictures of the lattice, both the broken one and the one being held up with zip ties.  Total paid for the lattice was $400.  I am having to have both sides totally replaced to correct them. Wind did not knock it down. It was done wrong.
