Review: I provided Robert K[redacted] a down payment check for $5,300, which was half of the total to put a new roof on my house and repair grading. Robert cashed the check on 4/30/2014 and has not done any work or bought any material. I sent Robert a letter asking for my money back, and I gave him 10 business days. Robert signed for the letter on September 14th because it was sent by certified mail. Robert did not refund my money.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $5,300
