is a follow up to a previous complaint that is still not resolvedAs of today, we still do not have our complete popcorn machineAfter promises and more promises, we only have piece of a multi piece itemWe have missed several occassions where we needed this machineI am very unhappy with this company and want a full refund for my product asapWe no longer want to wait for this productIt has been months since this company took my money and has not produced the full product. Full refund wantedWould like UPS prepaid label to send back the one piece we have receivedWe will return it

They already had their popper. The sifting and cooling table was damaged while in shipping so it was replaced immediately and the consumer has received all of there product that they ordered.Thank you, Darci S[redacted]

We lost an employee, which really affected my business, and I apologize because this is not typical of how I run my business. Everything was mailed out on 2/17/2017, and I sent the consumer an email with the tracking number.
