I reject their response. The person that did the bid was the *** of the company. They have done nothing to solve the problem and have not been here since I filed the initial complaint. They have not told the truth

Review: In August of 2013 Kettle Moraine Asphalt applied an asphalt sealer to our driveway. Shortly thereafter we began to notice large areas lacking coverage of the sealer. Brush marks from applying sealer were also clearly visible. This was the first time our driveway had been sealed and it was free of any grease, oil or coating. We have since contacted Mr. [redacted] of Kettle Moraine Asphalt and asked him to look at the problems several times. He was extremely rude on the telephone and hung up once after we politely asked him to meet with us. We then sent him a letter with photos of the problem areas and have received no response. Mr. [redacted] said that he stood behind his work, but has not followed through on his word.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr. [redacted] to assess the problem and take the appropriate action to remedy the situation.

Review: Kettle Moraine asphalt [redacted] came on a bright sunny day, 5-23-14, and gave me an estimate for patching and sealing my driveway. I accepted the estimate because he does several driveways in the subdivision and has a good reputation. In June he sent a crew out to do the work. Unfortunately the tool to patch in front of the garage door and in the back off space was not working properly. I was told they would be out to fix the patching in front of the garage door. They did come back but the patching left a mess on the garage door and streaks down the drive which I could not remove. I called [redacted] and he sent someone out to clean the door. His own worker cleaning the door said the patch should come out further. The same day I talked to [redacted] and told him the patch was collecting water when it rained which would be a problem in winter collecting ice and would be dangerous. [redacted] said they would be out to fix the problem . They finally came out in July to bring the patch out further, but not as far as it should be according to the crew member that cleaned the door. The third visit really made a mess in front of the garage door and never removed the streaks down the driveway. I called again, sent pictures and requested [redacted] to at least look at the work. To date the company has refused.Desired Settlement: I want the driveway resealed in front of the patch to cover up the mess made or whatever it will take to make it look decent and the streaks cleaned. I am selling the property and it causes a problem. The patching in the back off space is not holding. I just want the driveway presentable.
