Ken was hoping previous repairs would have fixed your leak, however, he now feels that because you have more trouble when the rain is coming from a certain direction that it may be a window flashing, a caulking failure around corners or window, or flashing issues between the roof and the siding. I received a quote on my roof within 3 days of the contacting Kettle Moraine Exteriors along with a phone call from Ken [redacted], the president of the company regarding the quote. I was under a time constraint with selling my home and Kettle Moraine Exteriors worked with me to to get my roof replaced. In fact, they replaced my roof weeks before my closing date. They did a complete tear off of the old shingles and replaced the roof completely with new shingles. It looks amazing. The service and communication was excellent.
