Review: I placed an order for two pairs of girls footless tights on September **, 2013. Their shipping policy states 4-9 business days. Today is October *, 2013. All last week I called, left voice messages (no on answers the phone) Left [redacted] messages, and sent an email. No response.... I finally left messages with the promise to put in a complaint to the Revdex.com if my products were not shipped to me that day. I need them for pictures we are taking this week. I received a tracking number that day, this was yesterday. I received the package today with ONE pair of tights that are not even footless... nowhere near what they described in the online description or the shown in the picture. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before hand but now have found numerous complaints online and on their [redacted] page (that get deleted eventually) about how this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and or the exact product I ordered by this Friday October **, 2013.

Review: Placed an Online order three weeks ago. Have tried to contact, but after 3 calls and 4 emails have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Delivery or cancellation of order

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on May **, with a delivery date of 2-3 days. I never received confirmation of the order shipping (though I did receive confirmation that the order had been accepted) and no tracking information was ever available. I tried calling on May ** and left a message, as directed. I sent an email on May ** requesting to cancel the order. I did not receive any response so I called and emailed again on May ** requesting that the order be canceled and my money refunded. I have not received any response from the company and have not received my money back, either.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of the order - $54.94 - refunded to my credit card.

Review: I ordered over 1500.00 worth of clothing from Kettle of Fish in Valley Stream, NY on June **, 2014. I paid for overnight shipping in addition to monies spent on clothing.

The money was deducted from my bank account via debit card. I have not seen one stich of clothing, nor do I have a tracking number for the package or a confirmation that items were shipped. I have called the establishment's 888 phone number listed on the website, and have left a voice mail with each department, totaling eight phone calls. No response. I also sent two emails, one via the website's form and one via personal email. Again, no response. I needed our clothing for vacation and do not have anything. We counted on this purchase to bring with us. If I do not get a response or delivery of my goods by Friday, June **, I am filing a theft of services/goods with my attorney.Desired Settlement: I would like my goods...all of them delivered by Friday, June **, 2014, or I will commence legal action without any hesitation. A surprise from a company I have used many times before, but after going on the internet, I can see I am not alone. BAD.

Review: I ordered 2 outfits for a total of $55.68 from Kettle of Fish Clothing online on March **, 2014. My account was charged for the full amount on March **, 2014. After 3 weeks I began calling the company and emailing to try and reach a representative. I never received a call back or a response email, not to mention my product was never delivered. On April *, 2014 after repeated attempts to reach them they refunded $28.04 stating on the refund that the outfit was sold out. I still never received the second outfit nor did I receive a refund for the outfit. I immediately began calling and emailing again but never received any type of response from the company just like before.Desired Settlement: This is a ridiculous situation and I have been more than patient, at this point I want a refund for the remainder of my money and I want to make others aware of this fraudulent company.
