It took this company over a week to send me a proposal for an enclosed screen room. After one of the employees Karrie apologizes for the late proposal stating she submitted the proposal to the wrong email. I decided to give them a second chance because she stated that she wanted my business. After sending the plans to the HOA for approval I contacted Karrie to get started with the work. After waiting for over five day I called Karrie.Karrie stated she would not be would to schedule to work under the time frame because she was at the peck season. She also stated that a new proposal has to be submitted because to old proposal was over 30 day. After reading the orginal porposal there is nothing printed that states that the proposal is only good for 30 days. This company is unreliable and was a waste of my time.
