We attempted to contact the customer at the phone number on file, both times we received a recorded message that the number was not in service We also emailed the customer several times but have not received a response back Thank you

It never happened and when I was ready to print the labels it was expiredIt took sometime before I could call again as I was out of townThe representative I talked to just turned me down and told me to go back to where I purchased the item and was very rudeIt took a couple of calls until someone was able to helpBecause of the inconsistencies in their response to me, I didn't trust KEURIG that they would replace mineI, then again, requested that they send my replacement soon the same time as I was shipping the old one [redacted] does itAs soon as I mail returns and labels are scanned they automatically refund meBut KEURIG has given me so much pain trying to work with themI feel that they didn't trust what I was saying, they had the serial number and they could validate the existence of itMy husband decided to get me a new coffee maker because KEURIG was extremely rude and unprofessional and not true to their wordsNow after almost months they are respondingThis tells you about how inefficient the service isI still would like to get my money back or replacementHowever due to their failure to respond to my complaints, I can't promise I still have the complete KEURIG machine that was defectiveWe have lost so much faith in this company that I have been loyal with since they introduce their first KEURIG single coffee maker!
