Wrong decision in using this company They have very unprofessional staff Complained the whole time they were moving IN it for the $$$$ Sent to the owner ...I tried calling him and he did not respond Kevin Not a good experience Using your company was mistake It would have been nice to have had a follow up from you as opposed to me having to reach out to you You should have provided me with an estimate and I made a mistake of not requesting although I never thought it would take the time it did Initially on Saturday your guy told me verbally it would probably take 7-hours to move everything although we moved on Sat and SundayIt took hours on Sunday and he charged me for travel time that I should have never been charged with and I still had to moved Saturday when we started moving the street had cars but they could have backed the truck into the drive way Also from the beginning they started talking about the rain and it did not rain, we moved a few furniture pieces and when the items were taken to the present house they started complaining about been tiredThe street cleared and I told them it would be best for me cost wise if they did everything on Sat You should have provided or suggested more men power then just guys if it would have helped the move and saved time and moneyYou sent three although one guy hardly ever moved a thingYour staff bickered with each other all day while moving and wanted to get home to watch the ballgame Over all this was not a very pleasant experience for us, they kept on counting the items that had to be moved, I felt that they were rushing to finish and this is why I have floor damage and dings on the walls In the end I was pushed to sign the documents without getting a clear picture of the what floor scratches and dings we had gotten The crazy thing at this time is I have a table I cannot lift that needs to be reset and we still have a lot of items that we have to move because they stated there was no more room in the truck I have clothes /boxes /suitcases/lamps and much moreI will be spending hours loading a pickup truck that I have to borrow which I should not have to be doing The way both my wife and I feel is that we could never recommend your company to anyone I'm not sure if any of this matters to you since you have the money ***
Worst moving service I've ever usedThey were minutes late to arrive despite me verifying the time the day prior because one of the movers oversleptThe two movers that finally arrived seemed to struggle in moving the smallest of itemsI am disappointed with this whole experience
THE WORSTWe are a military family and we trusted this company to help us while my husband was deployedThey left some of my stuff (that they were told multiple times was to go on the truck) behind in the yard where it got rained on for a week till it was discovered it was missing, including a suitcase that had my husband's military dress service uniform and my wedding dress and a second suitcase that had my jewelry plus a bag with two expensive memory foam pillows in itThey put a huge gash on the back of our couch, they scratched up the front of my desk and scarred up the front of our dresser, plus they were FOUR HOURS LATE on the day of our moveWhen I got in touch to complain and ask that their insurance cover the damage after they ignored us for weeks, the owner finally responded with "Let's go to courtMy lawyers are ready." My husband is now overseas serving our country taking care of our freedom, and they don't even have the decency to take care of our things? THE WORST
I used this company and it was the worst moving experience that I ever had = they tore more some of my furniture was damaged by the disrespect the three movers had for not being careful I was charged for serran wrap and covers they never wrapped anything and I wish I had never used this service they goof around like it was there day off -
