In response to this complaint I would like to apologize for the delay. I was out of state on business and just returned today. It is stated in our contract that we are not responsible for any damages to property to access & install the well. I have attached a copy of the signed contact...
for your records. However, we did contact a contractor, [redacted], to get in touch with Ms. [redacted] to have the damage repaired on the concrete that was cracked from our truck. Mr. [redacted] Sr ([redacted]) did stop out at the property to evaluate the damage to do this repair. I have put in another phone call to Mr. [redacted] today, November 20th, to see when the repair will be done. I would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.
Review: In October/November 2013, Mr. [redacted] replaced my well. In the process, their equipment damaged several concrete slabs in my sidewalk. His employee on site notified Mr. [redacted] of the problem and I called as well. Tomorrow. November 8th, will be one year to the day of my first phone call about the damage. Since then, I have called multiple times trying to have the situation corrected. I have received nothing but "lip service" from Mr. [redacted]. The sidewalk cracks have continued to get worse and, with another winter approaching, will only continue to deteriorate.

I am rejecting this response because: I'd like to accept the response, but having only two options, I had to choose reject. I have no guarantee that the work will be completed and it's just the same responses I've gotten all along. So until the work is done or the quote/cost covered, I am still waiting for an appropriate solution.
Regards,
