Your proofreading skills would go along to corroborate the types of mistakes/errors your company continuously makes and refuses to recognize The most frustrating part in this whole thing, is that you refuse to admit that your business made a mistake Even now you say "what you thought was an error on our part" It isn't an error that "I thought" you made, it was an error you really did make! Just like the many grammatical and spelling errors in your last response or is that just my opinion as well?
It kind of shows the type of business and intelligence of its employees one is dealing with when they can't even write a simple reply without bungling it up

The response from Kevin Cohen is not accurate and in fact a lie If they go back to listen to the recordings of the conversations I had with their employees, you will hear them say multiple times that the FINAL cost would be $ On these recording I asked them specifically if the total cost would be $or $they said that it would be $ That too was recorded
I don't know how many times or different ways I could have asked them to be sure of the final cost If this is the response they are coming back with then it makes me even more sure that they are a corrupt business
I have learned my lesson to never deal with this company again and to steer friends and relatives clear of this company, which just happened to be three people in the last few weeks who needed plumbing work
