Upon the initial phone conversation with [redacted] ***, she requested an estimate on a dryer outlet onlyShe did not mention anything about an outlet for her rangeThe appointment was set with [redacted] on 12/15/When our estimator arrived at the location he was met by ***'s cousin, which also did not mention that an estimate was needed for a range outlet.While in the house the estimator was taken to the basement and shown where the outlet was to be installed, then he was escorted out of the houseThe kitchen was never discussed.Rick S [redacted] spoke with [redacted] ***, read the estimate to her to install a dryer outlet and she verbally agreed to the price quotedOnce again there was no mention of anything other than a dryer outlet[redacted] was not present when the work was performedShe had her cousin meet with us againAnd once again there was no mention of the range outletThe work was performed and paid for as agreedTwo days later [redacted] contacted our office and said the range outlet was not installedThis was the first that the range outlet was discussed with our officeShe demanded that the outlet be installed at no additional chargeWe explained to her that the original price quoted was for the dryer outlet and there would be an additional charge for the range outletShe was then verbally abusive to the secretary and the owner of the business on multiple occasions.In closing, we offered her a reduced price on the additional outlet but she refused.Sincerely,Rick S [redacted]
