Kevin Gifford, D.C.

Dr. Gifford and his staff was operating their business at my work in an empty apartment to accomodate elderly residents. They offered their chiropractic services as a package for 3 times a week for 3 months at a time. They said whatever the insurance doesnt pay is written off. They even had people that their insurance didnt cover it and they said they didnt bill them for it. It has been 2 years since I have gone to themand yesterday I received a Collections letter (NEVER received a bill) from Dr. GERALD KEVIN GIFFORD DC for $13333.18, My husband received one for $11983.31 and my son for $2241.66. This in my opinion is an outrage and should be a crime if it isnt. THis man told me that after 3 months you take a month off as not to exaust the insurance company from paying. Their office closed, they moved out of the apartment at my work without paying their bill and now they are trying to extort money from me and my family. If I was going to spend this much money I would have a degree for it not a work out at the gifford school of scam. I really hope you can do something about this. If not I would rather spend my money on an attorney than give this sheister one dime. This seems to be his current location.
