Mr. [redacted] states that his wife was unaware our agency was located in Delaware when she applied for their Automobile and Homeowners Insurance policies. He complains that he stopped in a local agent's office ([redacted] in Frederick, MD) who told him he could not switch the policies. [redacted]...

processed the agent change requests over to his agency in Frederick, MD the day that Mr. [redacted] stopped in. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] signature was required on the agent change requests confirming the policies WOULD be switched to [redacted]'s agency. Mr. [redacted] in turn contacted myself and Allstate Corporate escalation concerns department - both of whom confirmed that Mr. [redacted] is free at anytime to change to a local agent. I have zero control over which agent Mr. [redacted] chooses to do business. The forms take several weeks to be processed so he may be frustrated over the processing time - but that is NOT something either I or [redacted] have any control over. [redacted] reviewed his policies the way my agency set them up and made no changes - thus indicated Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with the coverage that was set up. Mr. [redacted] has been responded to in a timely fashion (same day) and granted the result he desired. I am unsure why this complaint was sent to Revdex.com. Thanks for your help!
