Review: Kevin Jewelers in Thousand Oaks has horrible customer service and even worse jewelry! I purchased my first ring a few months ago and needed to have it sized. The sizing was free. After I got it sized the ring was warped. I brought the ring back 5 times and they could not fix the ring. I kept complaining and wanted my money back. They would not give me my money back, but offered for me to pick out a different piece of jewelry that is "better made." I can not believe I fell for this!! I spent almost $400.00 more! for a "better" ring made of a stronger metal so it would not warp Well, here we go again, I got it sized and now the diamonds are falling out!!! No problem they say! bring it in and we will replace the diamonds every time they fall out?!?! Really? NO!!!!!! How about give me a piece of jewelry that it made correct! or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! So here we start with the dreaded phone calls to " customer service" and I use the word customer service very lightly in this case! I have never dealt with a company that cares so little for its customer! I have been calling non stop and am STILL waiting for a call back from a manager now for 2 months!!!! The company refuses to give me a direct number. They refuse to give any information! I got phone numbers online, and when I call them I get hung up on. This is the worst company ever!!! Horrible customer service and horrible product! Their 2 business days to call back has turned into 2 months! I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews on Kevin Jewelers before I wasted money there. What a nightmare. I hope this review saves someone else! Now I am stuck with a ring with missing diamonds.Desired Settlement: Money to be returned in full! I do not wish to deal with this company at all in any other way. or wear any of their product for it will just fall apart anyway! I feel it is the least they can do because of the horrid customer service they have given me! I have EVERYTHING documented! names, times.EVERYTHING!
