Date: 7/6/1:PM (GMT-06:00) Subject: Complaint [redacted] Cuven Motors Management spoke to Ms [redacted] regarding the plates and title for [redacted] on 7/1/FridayManagement confirmed to [redacted] that plates would be provided for her on 7/6/Wednesday I, [redacted] did speak with [redacted] and [redacted] throughout this situation, and relayed to them what Management had told meThe fact of the other customers waiting for plates is based upon customers coming in for plates until their plates are ready, which Management is now taking care of theirs as wellSince Friday 07/01/Management has been getting plates for customers and having customers come in to pick up their TitlesManagement was currently going through some situation, but is now back on track with everythingKind Regards, [redacted] ***

Since Friday 07/01/2016 Management has been getting plates for customers and having customers come in to pick up their Titles.
