Review: The worst experience/service I’ve ever had! First, they ruined my one-of-a-kind Batik by cutting it the wrong way. Then I ordered two woven wood shades. One was too big & bulky, I sent it back, was told I would be refunded half the cost ($325) (on9/16/13) – have not received that. Then the other shade fell apart (10/2/13), I sent it back. I had to make threats to get it picked up. Since then I’ve left repeated messages for Greg with no response. They were supposed to fix it or replace it. Now, I just want my money back! I don’t want to deal with him anymore! I’ve had it!Desired Settlement: Refund of $899.00
