Horrible place, does not provide on site storage units, paid $for only half of my original belongings, and half of the items I did receive back from them were broken$a day is their storage fee when they don't even use their own facilities to store a persons belongings.Management is horrible as well they will tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you but they never doYou can call,call, call, and call again and they will never ever call you back.I recommend storing my items in an abandoned home rather then this place
The movers threatened my husband because they were just throwing our stuff around. They raised the price once more than half the items were loaded. Worse of all, they took off with a majority of are stuff because we were unable to meet them at our storage unit. After speaking with their management, instead of getting our stuff back he said, "here is our insurance number, your stuff is protected up to 15 percent". WOW this place stole from us. We called the police, they take the report. And nothing has been resolved over 2 years. Worse of all my daughters toys and some of her clothes did not make the trip. Officer [redacted] responded first and said the that company (beech grove) "has given us fits ever since they moved in because so many people want their things back". Hmmmmm..
