I have NO trouble with the service from this business My pickup day is friday and they have never missed, except for holidays when they will pick up on Saturday
Their rates are very reasonable
I received an odd bill (and paid it) from a same name company at a watervaliet address several months before due for half rate I am still tracking that one down Will post the outcome

I have only been with Clean Earth for about two months but their service has been timely and professional

This company is horrible! they ran over my personal owned trash can and said they would give me a bill credit to pay for a new trash can. they did not do so and then put my account into collections! they should not be able to take advantage of people this way! I should have call the cops and wrote a police report for my property damage but I was told they would take care of my bill! then they sent it to collections!!!!!! very unethical

They are rarely on time picking up the trash. Always have overflowing trash because they are late. Today is Friday, they are supposed to pickup on thursday. Have not come today yet, so two days late. Trucks are always broke down. The other day one of their trucks almost ran me off the road.
