New construction home purchased April 2019. I have been having major issues since May. Unexplained water in my closet, sewer back up, wood on side entrance stairs is splitting down the middle (would could be dry rotted and/or split completely)and termite nest in my closet from a water leak in the attic. He has come to fix the non major issues but he is not responding to the major issues. He is responsible for repairs up until act of sale, which is April 19th. I should not be having all of these issues for a new construction home. I have sent him at least 3 emails and certified letter, which was signed for on February 3rd. I have not received any word for him. He lives in Texas and his brother is in charge here.

I have filed a complaint with the State licensing board and I am in the process of seeking council.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing a home built by this company.
