Aloha [redacted] and [redacted],
I am writing you in response to your complaint you filed with the Revdex.com. I just wanted to let you know that I am going to send an email to the Insurance company and also refile the claim to see if they approved it or not.  I just wanted to remind you what I had shared with  you in July about your insurance plan. When you had come to see us for another exam, you had already exhausted your benefit for glasses and did not have coverage at the time of service. Your benefit for glasses  is one every two years. Our office wanted to help you  get coverage for these lenses so we offered to take the time to fill out approval forms and insurance forms. Please be patient with us. We have not forgotten you. I can contact you once a week through email if you would like about the status of the claim and if the insurance approves it or not.  I will also ask the insurance company to expedite the claim so you don't have to wait for a response much longer. We appreciate you as patients and your business in our office. Take care.
