We believe the tenant has not reviewed the leasing documents they agreed to at the onset of the lease
Often a reminder to the tenant that quality is our first priority and this may not be something the tenant has appreciated during the term of their lease
We apologize for any adverse feelings the tenant may have - but there is a high standard for the level of cleanliness at Wellington Place Apartments

The original response from management was more of a challenge that the carpets had not been cleaned at allWhen I provided proof that they had, with the professional cleaner's statement, there was no acknowledgement of that (in a professional sense from the apartment management)Moreover, cleanliness was not an issue at my apartment, as it remained clean (throughout leasing), and nothing else was charged to be cleaned after move outHad the apartment management originally responded (and followed up) differently, this would not have been an issue at allI do not accept the response; however, I no longer care to follow up, and I will not be recommending Wellington Place to anyone in the Champaign-Urbana areaThank you
