On November 11, 2018 I spoke with Terry *** about a new roof for my house, which was damaged in the Hurricane. We came to an agreement and I gave him the full amount due. I was in Nashville for three days over Christmas and when I returned I found shingle behind my car in the garage. I had ordered gray shingles and these were BLACK. I contacted Terry and explained my problems and he said he would take care of it. Several days later my husband and I returned from errands and found new shingles in the same placebehind my car. Upon checking the shingle I found they were BLACK instead of the gray I had ordered. Second shipment wrong and parked behind my car again. This was Sunday 6th of January. I called Terry again and I was very mad. I let him know that I didn't think he doing anything ti help me. He sent a couple of salesman that were sharing his condo to talk to me. I told them I didn't care for any more excuses that I wanted the shingles moved, and I wanted my money back. This is the 9th of January and I still can't get my car out of the garage and I still have black shingles instead of the gray. I really need some help and will appreciate anything you can do.

Refund I believe they have shown no interest in taking care of this issue and therefore I would like my money back so I can make arrangements with another company.
Yes. Thank you so much. I don't think I would have gotten anything without your help. I had to threaten to call you back to get results. My insurance company sent an adjuster and she was very upset with the work, she also found a lot that needed work. Again Thank you so much for your help.
