Review: kevinwheels is not delivering product after they are purchased

On 6/13/13 I purchased a 2006 Polaris Sportmans x2 from Kevinwheels for 2002 dollars.The money was sent to a sales reprisinative called [redacted] Upon payment through western union I received an email from [redacted] saying my ATV would be delivered on 6/16/13 after 6:00 pm. It is now 6/18/13 and no ATV. I have tried to contact the compony only to find out there phone number is actually a fax number in Washington, there business is not located in California and the money was picked up by someone in louisana. The only way I can contact them if through email and they will not answer me back. Review: Non Delivery of ATV purchased by wire transfer.

I was in the market for an ATV. I have had success purchasing through eBay and was scanning some eBay listed ATV's. I located what I thought would be a great choice for an ATV. (Shown as the closed eBay listing enclosed) and when I went to investigate the photos attached to the ad I was redirected to a site named "Kevin Wheels LLC". When I arrived at that site, I began to investigate the parameters of purchase, as the product listed was exactly what I had been looking for.

Prior to ordering I asked a couple of questions about the machine which were promptly answered through my email. The web site explained that the company used third party shippers to move the ATV from place to place and they did that as a service to customers. The Kevin Wheels site said that to place an order I had to register (name, email, and password) and click on the ATV I was interested in purchasing and then click on "Purchase" all of which I did. This was on Monday May 20, 2013.

I received a response that afternoon about sending half the funds through Western Union that day or the next to get the ATV prior to the weekend. I attempted to do this but was unsuccessful. They then requested payment in full via a wire transfer which was accomplished on May 22 through my home bank.

The person who I had been in contact with (aka "[redacted]") came back the next day and said that the bank had advised him of the payment and that the ATV was being crated and shipped that day and would arrive on Wednesday afternoon (May 29, 2013). After it did not arrive, "[redacted]" informed me that the delivery driver had hit bad weather and would deliver on Thursday (May 30, 2013). When the ATV failed to show I tried to contact the salesperson via email but received no reply. In addition to utilizing regular email, I also used the online "Contact Us" located on the Kevin Wheels LLC website.

At the beginning of the ordeal, I really thought I was processing a purchase through eBay as the ATV was listed on their site as I was redirected to the Kevin Wheels LLC site only when I clicked on photographs of the item while still connected to eBay.com.

As of Tuesday, June 4, 2013, I have had no further contact from any person associated with Kevin Wheels LLC.

I am in possession of all paperwork to substantiate the claim.Desired Settlement: I am only seeking a refund of my purchase amount of $3120.00 plus the transfer fee of $20.00.

Review: This company is a scam.

They take your money with no intentions of delivering any product.

Kevin Wheels says that they sell quality new and used ATV's at reasonable prices. Where in fact they don't actually have any inventory and all they do is steal your money. Once you pay them, you never hear from them againDesired Settlement: I want my [redacted] money back!
