Mr.***, Did hired us to repair driver side damage to the edge of roof which also included replace trim gutter rail 20' (metal) and slide-out trim rail 94" + butl tape 1" x 50' (PUDDY TAPE) + lap sealant AND EPDM repair kit for the tares in
the roof edge done by the tree in the woods down by the river where I first looked at the trailer INFORMING Mr.*** the above is what it would take to make repairs on damaged area of the trailer he wanted fixedI told him the condition of the rest of the roof was in need of a tench as it could leak.and where I first started working on trailer until Mr.*** had to move trailer because the river water was coming upLater I finished the repairs on higher groundI get a call Mr.*** said he thinks roof is leaking so I found the trailer covered with blue tarp but Mr.*** was not there the lady that was told me so and she would be out shortlyI went to the trailer and went inside checking for leaks and got my latter looked under the tarp on the roof and found the plumbing vent pipe rain cap missing I showed the lady because she went up the latter so water will leak in and show up any where insideThe cap was there but was not part of the repairs madeAnd as far the antenna it was on the trailer when I first seen the trailer the hole time I worked on itNow I informed the lady to tell Mr.*** what I found and I never heard from himNow its been years....NO REFUNDWATER DID NOT LEAK THUR MY REPAIR WORK THAT WAS A WATER TIE SYSTEM
