This guy was a joke. Never showed up on the time he said he was going to. Payed for a chimney cap, he never put that on. Dont go to this guy.

We had a similar experience as [redacted] did, but our problem was our tenant was having 5-6 flies in the house a day (in November). Thought we had something dead in the attic. [redacted] decoy is that he usually receives full payment for inspecting the attic, with the plan to come back the next day and finish the job. He originally quoted us $150 for inspection and then to remove the dead animal, but inflated the price by adding additional things that needed done or repaired. Our mistake was that I (wife) interviewed [redacted] on the phone, but my husband was the one who meet [redacted] for the inspection. We usually would not pay in full until the work was completed, but we were leaving to go out of town the next day.
[redacted] leaves his ladder (or cages) to make you think 'of course he is coming back'. The ladder was junky, and his red [redacted] truck is basically empty, besides a ladder and a cage. There is no company name or logo on his truck. More than likely, this is because he plans to think of another business scam to do, when this one runs its course.
The only time you will talk to him on the phone is prior to hiring him. He will give you the run around (by texting only) after that. We messed around and waited for a week for him to finish the job. He gave numerous excuses. The last excuse was that he was in Cleveland for a family funeral. He 'milked' that excuse for 2 1/2 days, until I googled his address, drove by his apartment, took a picture of his red truck parked next to his building, sent it to him by text and said, "Looks like you're not in Cleveland to me!"
I believe this guy is a career scammer. He also has a painting business. He uses the same business card and has the [redacted] " painting business on the other side of the card.
We usually aren't so trusting, but we were in a pinch to take care of this issue before we left town, and we were too hasty and trusting. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!!!!!!

Is there anything worse than an F?? He would get it! CON ARTIST STAY CLEAR! Took thousands and did not complete the structure asked to build, per contract agreement. He made changes to contract acting as though it was in our best interest (stairs to ladder, structure location due to tree roots, one window not two, just to name few!) when really it was to cut material costs. Refused to share receipts of materials purchased when requested. Would guarantee full days work on given days, and either wouldn't show or only work for few hours. Week project is now 8 weeks and incomplete still! Can't even begin to explain the poor quality of work!! Will ask for more money along way, and the service guaranteed will not be provided , nor will the materials. Legal action has been taken....do not let this man on your property....he is a scam artist and will take advantage big time!!!
