Review: [redacted] owner of Kool Pools closed my pool last year and took my pump completely apart as part of the closing. This year I call [redacted] to install a new liner we both agreed on a price for 550.00 for installation of liner and connection of pump. I was told from [redacted] 550.00 include all and youll be set.He installed the liner but did not finish the job complete He said when he receives payment he would finish the same day. He came picked up the full amount the next day as promised . But did not finished the job. I asked him when he was coming back he said the next day between 12 and 5PM. His sons came the next day after 5.PM. finished the job complete. I filled the pool and found that the pump was not installed properly. I tried to fix it myself but did not have the proper tools. I called [redacted] to inform him He said he would come back at the end of the week for an additional service call of 69.00. I was very upset, argued with him until he agreed to come and fix what he installed without additional charge. The next day I asked him when he was coming he said late dont wait for him. When I got home it was leaking so bad I send him photos and asked when he was coming he said there was no one to come and never showed. I went to the store bought the proper tools and fixed it myself. I want reimbursement for the cost of the tools I bought From Kool Pools. I lost a ton of water and had to spend extra money because he did not follow through with his agreement.Thank You[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want reimbursement for the cost of the tools I bought From Kool Pools which was 20.00 I lost a ton of water and had to spend extra money because he did not follow through with his agreement.

Pools regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT

been resolved because:

He has contacted me and laughed he though my complaint was ridiculous then he called back after we went back and forth and said it was Miss Comumacation and that he would make good on it yet He has not made a date to come back and put a gasket on the skimmer which should cover the 20.00. Or he can just send me the 20.00 in the mail. He wants to take 20.00 off when he closes the pool but I'm not going to have him come back to close it. I don’t want any nasty phone calls or phone texts from him I expect that he conducts himself like a business man and speak and act professionally and resolve this matter.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by [redacted]'s Kool Pools regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted]’s pool committed to resolving the case but has not followed

through. I am still out the extra money I had to spend to correct his work;

without reimbursement from the company. At this point my pool is still leaking and I'm out the extra dollars.
