Eric *** and his crew remodeled a small bathroom in our home, May 2015-June Very sloppy job! The tile, grout and caulking was installed poorly The interior paint is chippingHe fired and did not pay one of his subcontractors, and this particular subcontractor filed a mechanic's lien, trying to sue I could go on I had a terrible experience with Hand Hand Handyman and would not recommend them to anyonePlease avoid the headaches and hire a reputable contractorLies and Deceptions!

December 2015 I hired this man to repair my cabnet in the kitchen ,damaged from water from outside. I explained to him [redacted]l would pay from invoices after the work was complete.My home is payed for and this is why they choice to do the repairs this way. I explained this to Mr. Crawford. He was to start after the 1st of the year. Finally he sent some workers over on the 20 of January. They came in with sledge hammers and destroyed my kitchen, in fact the cabnets had to be replaced and new cabnet top and bar top. The guys must have called him the minuet the demolishing was done and the kitchen was clear of ref.sink& stove top. Mr crawford showed up and demanded money for the job, I again explained he knew how the insurance co. was paying and no mention of a pay off beforee the job was complete. I called the insurance co, and was told if I had some money to give it to him and could get it back when the job was finished. First Crawford told me, I should have all the money as the insurance co always paid the people in advance, I reminded him of his agreenment with [redacted]. He told me they were doing that to me bacause I was old. I did give him 3,000 dollars. On or about the 4, or 5th of Feb. He called my insurance co and seemed mad because they would not send him the check. The two workers were sent here and spend a total of 33 hr between both, in two weeks, as 2 hours were the most , or by then only one was here would work. To day my kitchen is still not finished , after over 30 days without a kitchen I no longer needed his service . Now I have been either talking to the office or office girl needing to get his invoice to send to the insurance co, as I have hired another man to complete and repair the damage that his crew did.It is Wed, 24, of Feb .and I have been trying to get receipts or invoice from them sence last Thursday the 19, of Feb.She has said each time I speake to her she is working on them, it should be simple as they did nothing but tear out the kitchen. I need to send in receipt to my insurance co, Mr Crawford called me several time prior to me telling him his services were no longer needed, He called and first said, he would bring the granet over on a wed and I had to pay him $2,000 dollar cash when he finished, then with in a hr, she called back and told me Mr. Crawford said he would install the granet, but I would have to sign an avaide that I would pay him $5.000.I had to hire a man to repair the cabnet his workers made, it was to short, a inch to high on one end, no shelve and I could go on and on.I could call and see when they were coming over, I would be told the next day, but then another phone call, with another excuse why they had not showed up. It has been sence the 20 th of January I have been with out a kitchen, and still I am without a kitchen.

Messed up my house, the roof is still ugly were it was patched up.
The worker walked off my job because Eric the [redacted] wouldn't pay him.
Then Eric's worker that walked off my job half done tried to sue me for the half job he did. Eric records every conversation you have with him and then splices them together to make it look like you said the job is completed!
