I have read over this multiple times, along with the letter she has sent me & her attorneys letter, which has since been sent to mineOn every corespondence [redacted] has a different amount, demands, & accusationsSince this is currently being reviewed in court and litigation, I can currently not say too muchWhat I will say though is that [redacted] did not include her siding and ENTIRE inside of her home in this claim that was completed, which I have still not received final payment for, and her insurance company issued her that check already IN FULLHer figure of over $21,is absolutely ludicrous but I will allow for a court to decide if that is the caseIf anything else further is requested, please reach out & I can supply documents and attorney into to support my claim

I am unsure exactly what *** *** wantsEvery correspondence from her, like I have stated, has a different number she feels she is owedShe had an attorney contact me & when my attorney tried to reach out for a mediation, he said his clients no longer required his services and wanted to take the police/criminal charges avenue against myselfI have been more than fair in trying to negotiate this, but I feel *** *** is being unreasonableIf she truly wanted this resolved, she would of agreed to a settlement fair to both parties

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: my husband and I been trying to resolve this long time ago with Ms. S[redacted]. Since November of last year when they were expecting to receive and install the windows which we paid in full in addition with other materials including stone and a door. We really trusted her on so many occasions and gave her the opportunity to finish the job as well as her husband currently in custody of the county for home improvement fraud. We are done. I just can't trust her anymore, we followed our attorney recommendation to press charges against her and her company. We already tried to negotiate with them before thru her attorney and they again came up with a lot of excuses not to finish the job and they breached the contract. If she really had the intentions to resolve this she should have done it when she promised before in January, Feb or March.....alway promises and never do. Will let the court review the case. I'm not going to continue replying to her messages thru this source.
