This is the second time I called Gary to fix my washer. (He answers his phone quickly too) and he was GREAT..Very professional and nice. He told me what was wrong each time and showed me the parts that were bad and even cleaned up the mess when he was done. He is honest and friendly. He will not sell you a part you do not need..I will use him again..He earned my trust once again. Thank you Gary!!!!
