I am rejecting this
response because:that's not what happen the day I got pulled over and that's not the reason for me being pulled overThe onwer employee was not there and on my paper work from the officer I would have gotten a ticket for not having proper insurance if that's why I got pulled overI had the punk slip the registration was never processed that's why the vehicle was taken and that's what I have a ticket for and I have witnesses of the pull over and the conversation with the employee and the cop....I never told them I didn't have the money to get the car out of impound key automotive called and said they will get it out for me because I said I'm not paying for something that was not my faultKey automotive will not last because of his employee who thinks she have the answers to everything instead of taking it up with the ownerI'm not going to keep going back and forth with key automotive employeesAlso never missed any payments just never paid the payment of the month the car got token

Review: Sales issues from the time I put money down I was put into cars that did not last past a month(lemons).. last vehicle was taken by philadelphia police because the car was unregistered and the dealer called two days after the car was taken and said we have the registration so we going to get the car out of ppa for you. Now the dealer is holding the vehicle from me because the dealer wants me to pay for storage fees and towing. The car was taken because of the registration that I had nothing to do with. Also bad costumer service.Desired Settlement: Refund on my down payment refund on the tags and taxes refund on my monthly payments also pain and suffering
