We do wish to resolve this complaint reasonably, as is our company policy since we started the businessHowever it is extremely frustrating that we would receive our first Revdex.com complaint, and tarnish what has been an excellent reputation,
under such unreasonable circumstances(For anyone reading this, please consult the Revdex.com website to see that we have had complaints)
First of all, neither husband or wife called me about this matter, and I looked through my email and have never received a single email about this complaint(If we somehow missed one, we sincerely regret the error)However, both husband and wife have my cell phone number, so there is no reason either of them could not have contacted us regarding this matter(And we do not know what the customer means by "uniform"?)
Secondly, the homeowner was at home during the entire demolition, preparation, forming, pouring and finishing processObviously, if we had been made aware that the homeowner was not happy with how the forms were set, we would have changed them immediately; there was plenty of time to say somethingFurthermore, the neighbors, one of whom lives houses away and one who lives across the street, (both of whom are retired), were at home as well and would probably confirm that *** was witness to most of the critical parts of the workAlso, it should be known that we replaced driveways for these homeowners, both of whom were very satisfied with our work
Furthermore, what business would not charge for extra work for what was above and beyond the original size and scope that the homeowner witnessed, and said nothing about? And for the record, we have no problem at all removing excess concrete from the home; however we are skeptical that there is truly concrete "all over the home" as the complainant indicatedAnd, per the complaint, all the homeowner had to do was state that we missed some concrete when we pulled the forms and cleaned up the jobsiteWe were not given the opportunity to address this issue
We resent this complaint especially since the homeowner took their complaint to the Revdex.com without making effort to resolve this issue with us directlyHad we been made aware of any desired changes at the time that the work was performed, they would have been made thenDespite the inappropriateness of the complaint, we will certainly clean off any excess concrete that we should have been made aware of months ago

The business has not tried to contact me or my wifeMy wife has left messages and recently sent an email in regards to the companies statement
I do not wish undue harm on anyone but there are things they are saying that are not accurate
I just want the splashed concrete off of my home and the patio to look even and not offset
