no longer carry Robert Michael's furniture but our customer service department has placed
new cushion cores on order with the factory and has arranged them to ship a different localfurniture storeThey have also made arrangements with that furniture store to transport the items to usin order for *** to pick upOur records indicate that on October 15, 2015, our customer servicedepartment was in contact with *** to let her know the process on the cores, which may take up to 5to additional weeks for us to receive
***'s furniture is under warranty and we have and will continue to work n her behalf with the manufacturer in order to address the warranty claimExchanging furniture for a new set is not covered under warranty.
If there are additional questions remaining regarding Mrs***'s purchase, we are happy to help.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurate. I have emails and photos to prove that I contacted them earlier than they say. And the email communications came after repeated phone calls and messages left with the business. Also, we were told upon purchasing the extended warranty that replacement was covered, and that in the event that they no longer had the same style that we would be given a credit towards a style that the store carried at that time. The complainant? has told KEY Home she has notified Revdex.com she is now satisfied and happy with our serviceAnd there is no longer a complaint

I am unsure why Mrs. [redacted] is filing a complaint. We are currently processing a claim for her ascovered under her warranty, even though we no longer carry this manufacture rand are not requited toprovide this service. The warranty on her furniture is a manufacturer's warranty, which means that the manufacturer of theproduct provides the warranty. However,  we are helping her with this process which is not required.There is an active claim in the process to address her concerns.
If Mrs. [redacted] is unhappy with our service, she is able to work with a different dealer or look into contacting the manufacturer directly. However, we are happy to continue working on her behalf she would like us. to. 
I have attached a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for the product she pu chased. Maybe' this willclear up the misunderstanding.
