Key Largo Tan

This machine was down for days I called Richard from my personal cell phone at 7pm I told him he would have unlimited spray tans for April I sincerely apologized and had ordered the part to be over nighted The tech accidentally came the day before the part was scheduled to be delivered He said even a full year of spray tans wouldn’t make me happy Since this incident happened right before the first of the month, I was unable to cancel the payment for April, as I am required to submit this days prior to the first of the month I put $on his prepaid account and cancelled his membership, so May 1st it will not charge his card on file He can continue tanning here if he would like, or spend the lotion on money or other products and take his business to a different salon I just want to make my customers happy

*** called me on his personal phone Offered me free tanning I told him I will no longer be using or recommending his business He said that he would not charge my account for the next month, if that's what it took to satisfy me That's what it tookHe could've and should've credited my bank account back the charge rather than give me credit at his place of business Like I stated earlier, I will not be using or recommending his business to anyone Not only did he call me and make these offers, but he also cursed at me with very vulgar language I would like my $back in my bank account
