Review: A few months ago in 2014 we had several door locks on our home replaced because of a lost key. We contacted [redacted] (key locksmiths owner) to replace the cylinders in all of the locks of the home. These locks were of high quality and considered to be non pick able, We discovered that the lock cylinders came out of the door when the key was with drawn this lend to a serious concern for us, with our house un protected by these locks. we telephoned [redacted] and he said he would come down to fix it on Tues June 3 at 4:30 PM he never showed we never got a call we called again and he said he would be down on June 4th at 6:30 PM he never showed and there was no message he could not come. Because of a telephone number that he gave for another locksmith on his telephone message we contacted that lock smith who came to our home and discovered that [redacted] did not fill all the cylinders with the proper amount of pins, this made and continues to make our home more vulnerable for break in we have had problems over the weekend of May 31 and June 1 of intruders on our deck property. We are most conserved and had to put in a temporary lock that is not as good as the ones he sold us we are insisted that he returns to the home and put in the proper amount of pins in the cylinders of all the locks he replaced this is truly wrong for him to have circumvented the performance of proper security of the locks the locksmith that we had to call because he [redacted] was not responding told us that we truly we were taken over. The locks were very expensive and we want the proper pins in the locks that were required to give better security we just want him to return and to complete the job that he has been fully paid to do.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the locks that are not working because of his short cut and not filling the cylinders with the proper amount of pins. We want the correct the number of pins in the cylinders Because of the urgency of preventing break ins of the home we truly request an admit repair for this problem of no later than 10 business day. we have attempted more than 25 phone calls over the past week not one was returned by him.
