Complete waste of money!
At least 90% of the leads are not viable and of the 10% that become appointments so far only able to speak to one person who wasn’t even ready to buy! This was a complete waste of my money.
It appears they leads are completely bogus. I can’t seem to locate / connect any of the names to my business profile on Facebook which is where they claim the leads are generated from. The names are all foreign or made up initials of some sort. They claim if you follow the system it works. Basically they want you to pay another party for mentorship which is mostly what the weekly calls are about. You listen to a “high producer” who doesn’t really give you any details unless you agree to pay for individual mentoring. I agreed to pay for vetted leads! Such a waste of money!
Complete waste of money!

As a new agent I found real estate to be very hard and never knew where to start. the biggest thing for anything is having a process and that is one thing I could not figure out with real estate at all. I have extensive sales experience so I’m very familiar with how having a process makes or breaks your success and I didn’t know how to piece one together. key marketing has done just that for me. they are not just a lead generation company; they also provide you with lots of tools and training to go along with the marketing to ensure you are successful. I hear a lot of people say horrible things about lead generation companies but what I have come to realize not just as a business owner but also from being in sales so long is that people always blame their failures on everyone and everything but themselves. there are so many lazy people out there with such horrible work ethic that expect things to be handed to them and I think for those types of people these programs don’t work and I’m sure there isn’t much that works for them in life. I wake up every morning and bust my butt to be successful and I am just that. as far as key marketing goes all I have to say is they really know what they are doing and have an amazing process in place and as long as you as an agent do what you’re supposed to do there is no reason why it shouldn’t work for you. real estate agents in particular are so lazy and expect things to be handed to them and all I have to say is look at the conversion of new agents that don’t make it and you will see why lead companies don’t work for some people. I doubt the agents in the industry more than the marketing companies themselves. 10x baby take massive action and out work your piers and nothing can stop you!

I signed up with Key Marketing Int. for lead generation for my real estate business on April 27, 2020. I have since signing this contract been given the run around, hacked into my *** business account, scammed my *** ad account mastercard, and once my complete payment of $2,000 US was received on June 8 2020 I have not been able to contact or receive the service I paid for. I tried to cancel my contract within 10 days of signing as I could see I was being taken, but they would not release me or refund my first payment of $1,000 US on April 27, 2020 & kept me engaged with false promises till last payment on June 8, 2020. This company is a fraud & scamming people at these uncertain times for their own gain. Any 5 star reviews are from the people working for Key Marketing Int.

Hi Ms.Thank you for the feedback of your personal experience with us. We apologize for any inconvenience our team may have caused you and would love to work with you to make this right! Our records show that shortly after signing up your *** ad account was jeopardized. If an ad account is hacked we are unable to run any of our marketing campaigns to generate your desired leads, and generate appointments, however it is a rather small issue that can be fixed simply by allowing us to create a new account on your behalf. We made several attempts to reach out so that we can set up a new account, unfortunately all of which you refused. We would love to work together and solve this issue for you, but would need to speak again to do so.A friendly reminder, one of the reasons hundreds of satisfied agents choose to go with our program opposed to the competition, is because we are NOT a lead vendor, but rather a marketing company that puts the power BACK into the agents hands by allowing them to use THEIR BRAND, THEIR AD account, and give agents control of the leads they receive. We would still love an opportunity to help you grow your business this year and would also like to cover your next month ad spend as well for the inconvenience. We look forward to speaking with you.

I am rejecting this response because: These are automated replies that are always provided by this company to stall & nothing ever done to resolve the problem. They had ALL my information as they where administrators of my business *** & ad account. They hacked my *** business page & held me hostage so they could spam my *** ad account which money was taken from my credit card entered to pay for my ads. I requested to cancel my subscription with them within 15 days, they would not allow it & I am a victim of this fraudulent company dealings. They have all my information to set up my lead generation, but since they received my final payment of $1,000 on June 8th, 2020, I have not received any other than automated replies/contact from them. The direct number they gave me is now emails only! I was a victim of fraud. This company is not what it plays out to be.

Thank you

I wish I could rate Key Marketing -100. Total scam, bait and switch. Sales pitch is nothing like their actual business. They have not done anything they promised and takes well over a week to get a dismissive response. Absolute trash "leads". Easier to burn your $3,000.

I employed Key Marketing to assist in locating cold leads for my budding Real Estate business. Unfortunately, I did not receive any quality leads for 4 months. I requested that the facebook advertising campaign that Key Marketing was running on my behalf be halted and that they consider providing me a refund. I had to request that the campaign be closed THREE times before this occurred, and no refund was offered. A small reimbursement for the campaign expenses was offered, but no refund was offered.
Key Marketing's customer service was poor and not quickly responsive to my requests, putting me off two times while I respectfully voiced my complaint.
I would not recommend Key Marketing for lead acquisition, and consider another service.

Great company with great lead source!!! Professional and great follow up!

Received lots of leads from this company. Training provided to our team when we came onboard that was helpful.

I have been getting leads from key marketing now for the past 2 months. Leads are excellent and their are many qualified prospects in the lead mix. If you pick up a phone and make contact, you will close many deals with the leads from KM. Tell Aaron ***, referred you.

I was contacted by Key Marketing with promises of a service to qualify and scrub leads to assist me with my workload as a Realtor. I thought it was a great idea so I asked for a trial which they said they don't offer. The service looked well from what they described so I signed up on April 21st. Set up was done immediately and responses to the ad being ran resulted in "appointments" being penciled in.
To my dismay, the appointments were being generated by a facebook bot that barely prescreened anyone. Instead it was a series of questions geared to have the user answer in response to receiving what was being offered in the ad which in my case was a list of homes for sale.
I had to do all the legwork of filtering each lead whether it was a bad number or not interested. The leads that were being "penciled in" were leads that weren't actually prequalified and scrubbed and I was the one having to move them from one point to another.
Every single lead that I made the time to call that their system penciled in was a fake lead and therefore not prequalified or scrubbed as they promised. I was taking time out of my busy day to call these leads when I could have been utilizing my time on my job as a Realtor which is what they promised to do for me in the first place but instead more time was wasted trying to prequalify these leads myself.
I have gathered a number of other Realtors who are willing to come together and have their voices heard who were also lied to by Key Marketing and we all will vouch that we had to do all the work ourselves and did not receive what was promised.

Hello Alicia! Thank you for the feedback of your personal experience with us. We apologize for any inconvenience our team may have caused you and would love to work with you to make this right! Every one of our reps are trained thoroughly to set proper expectations before any agent decides to partner with us. We clearly explain we are NOT a lead vendor like some of our competition, but instead develop a system for you that asks qualifying questions and works to assist you in booking appointments so you are not having to filter through hundreds and hundreds of leads. If the lead quality or type of lead is not up to your liking, we recommend selecting from our dozens of proven campaign options until you find one to your liking (Homes for heroes, sellers, foreclosure, new construction, grant program options, and other campaigns etc) rather than throwing your hands up and quitting. We also clearly state that just like the average deal in real estate is completed in 3-6 months, you will need to consistently build out your lead pipeline and work those leads throughout the entire process before you start seeing results. This is where you see many agents fall short as they lose patience and quit before they begin to see the fruit of their labor. With that being said, we have multiple different ad campaign options you can select from to find the proper type of lead you enjoy in your local marketplace. Since you selected our prepaid plan, saving you thousands of dollars, and us working together at a tremendous discount, the 1-page contract you signed clearly states no refunds, however, we would be open to 50% refund if you would like to go that route.
we would leave open the option to have you back with a new account, new system and an opportunity to work with you and would even extend the duration of our service with you to make this right.

I am rejecting this response because:While I understand that leads take time to nurture and get results, that is not the issue I am having with your company. You stated that the leads will be qualified and expecting my call. You also stated you would be the ones filtering my leads and assigning them for calls. This is NOT the case as none of the leads you claimed were qualified for a call was actually qualified because they never went through the right qualification process nor were they ever assigned as this is what I had to do myself. What you are doing is akin to me running an ad and asking someone to submit their information in return for what the ad says it can provide (that is not qualifying anyone). It creates incorrect information being submitted so in all actually you are not qualifying anyone and instead making me lose time to make calls to unqualified leads.

Apart from this you are not sifting my leads and placing them in the designated areas they should be and again this is causing a bottleneck for me and not what you promised. I have compiled a number of your disgruntled clients who are willing to take this a step further if needed. The Attorney General as well as the CFPB will be alerted. We are asking for you to return what is rightfully ours as you are misrepresenting your product and hiding behind a no refund policy.

We have enough of a case to take this further and are asking for you to handle this amicably. I will not rest until I am fully refunded.

E.J. represented to me that the company could build me an Ad site to to capture information of Motivated Buyers and Sellers and provide me: Guaranteed Results, Exclusive Leads, Leads Scrubbing. I provided him a link to be embedded on the page so buyers and sellers could access listed properties or get their own properties listed for sale. On 4/2/20, I followed up with EJ to confirm that my Ad would be going live and my link would be embedded. He said yes. However, the sent my Ad live without including the link. That Ad was of no use and did not serve my purpose without the link. On 4/6/20, I checked again and the Ad was still not there so I sent an email to the requesting to cancel the account and refund my money because they failed to deliver. They also did not provide me any leads. Yet, Virginia H who said she is a supervisor, refused to refund my $397. I do not wish to do any further business with them. I just need my money back.

Mr. purchased our one time offer that included Facebook & Instagram ad build out, landing page, lead alerts, and online course for additional support. He also received a special rate. The goal of this done with you program is to help agents generate their own leads and get exposure in their local market place. 3 leads were already generated in the ad account of Mr. of a cost of less than $2 per lead, which is a great start before he made the decision to stop his ads. All services were rendered on our end for this program which is why the refund request was denied. However for any confusion and inconvenience we'd be open to a partial refund of 50% in hopes that Mr *** will use the money for his ads and grow his real estate business as intended.

I contacted Key Marketing thru social medial for more information. The promised scrubbed leads for my real estate business in a specific area of my choice. I decided to wait and look more into the company. But I kept getting calls and emails to “hurry” and “secure” my specific zip codes to generate leads. So I was deceived and rushed into paying a $97 deposit to “secure” the zip codes that I wanted to do business in. After numerous attempts to establish a zoom meeting. I got in touch with Key Marketing and they basically started running ads from Facebook. As soon as that call ended, my credit card was charged $400 and *** was also charging my account. The first two leads I received were not in the zip codes. I tried to get in touch with Key Marketing, but establishing a connection with them took over a week. So I put a dispute on my credit card. I was finally contacted by Key Marketind and they tried to convince me to continue running ads. But I had already wasted a lot of time, over a month, of my time with them and didn’t believe what they initially promised. They told me they would honor my right to cancel. So I dropped the credit card dispute, expecting a refund from them. To this day, they have not once followed through with their word. I spent $497 on 2 leads that were not in the zip codes I provided.

Hi ***, I'd personally like to optimize your ads so that they generate leads in your desired area as well as offer you a refund of $250. As discussed you will need a few more than 2 leads to generate any business in any market. I'd be more than happy to speak with you as well.Sincerely Aaron H CEO
