I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive any list of repair costsI do not know any thing about such a listI did receive the list of repairs and charges doneYes, I did owe years of subdivision feesThose were owed because the landlords failed
to send the bill to me however, those are not in disputeThe holes in the hallway and kitchen were NOT pointed out and not discussed in the final walk throughWe did not put them thereI do not feel I should pay for damages that were not done by meAs far as the dishwasher goes, this is an old model and looked to be in mediocre shape at best when we moved inThe knob fell off because of everyday use, not due to misuseThis was pointed out to *** in the final walk throughAs far as the carpets, they are old and worn outI feel I should not be charged for stretching of carpets when this is wearThe carpet cleaning was AGREED to be split in halfThis was not done. During this time, there have been leaks to the roof and lower bathroom ceiling; mold formed as a resultI have had this testedIf need be, I will also pursue thisI was told "it would be covered up and then it would not be a problem because it would be dry." Mold is dangerous and it was treated as if it were no big dealUnfortunately, I was lied to by the landlords and I do not like the way this situation has ended eitherI am sure we can come to an honest agreement.
