I purchased two bottles of Key Nutrition Turmeric from Amazon. On one of the bottles. they advertised "Get you next bottle FREE NOW. I Text GET1FREE" to XXXXX. I texted the seller, but didn't hear anything. I texted every month since my March purchase. Finally at the beginning of June, they responded and asked for my address and made sure that I wrote a review. I sent them my address and my amazon review by text and they texted that the free bottle will be in the mail that day. That was on June 2, 2020. I texted them again in the middle of June and then a week later because I still did not receive the free bottle promised.

Other (requires explanation) I would like them to send me the promised free bottle of Key Nutrition, Turmeric 750 mg. with 120 tablets as they promised on their bottle cap and in their text to me . I still have the bottle cap & will send you a picture of it if there is a way for me to add a picture here. They are doing false advertising if they do not send me the promised bottle of Turmeric. I did everything they requested for the free bottle and even though they said that the bottle would be sent out that day, it wasn't.
Thanks for sending me the email. The Company actually sent me the item. In fact it took the post office five (5) weeks to get it to me. I can't believe that the post office took 5 weeks to send a small package from Georgia to New York. Please discontinue this complaint. Thanks very much.
