Re: [redacted] Complainant executed a lease on the 25th of May 2017. She was required by her lease to take possession within 5 days of June 1 6th . Tenant chose not to take possession. Paragraph 15 of her executed lease clearly states that, "Tenant has inspected the Property and accepts it AS-IS". The...

unit was cleaned by a professional company and we offered to have the cleaning person go back and address any issues that she may have had. Complainant refused our offer. Documents can be provided from Co-Broker Realtors that have shown the property and rate the unit as "clean and well priced". Complainant's issues are unfounded and untrue. Complainant is in default and as per her lease Owner can enforce; "all rents which are payable during the remainder of the lease will be accelerated without notice". Tenant is liable for all costs associated with the collection of rent, lawn care, utilities, changing of locks, and any fees reasonably necessary to relett the property. Owner offered to void the lease within guidelines as to the settlement to do so. Complainant refused. [redacted]BrokerKey Properties
