When I reached out to Tammy about the blinds, she had stated their handy man had listed of 9 different dates and times that he had contacted us and left voicemails, and emails. To which I responded that we ALSO check our emails and voicemails daily, and we had never received a single notice. To which Tammy replied, "I'm sure the phone don't go back that far." She also stated that this handy man was their employee of 15 years and would never lie about this. So if I came off defensive about this, it is due to the fact that she is questioning whether or not I am telling the truth and explaining that it is IMPOSSIBLE that he did not contact us. When I looked into this company it has records of being a 10 year old establishment so where she got that his person was a 15 year old employee is also beyond me. And when Nick (the main guy) came to my place I told him about the situation he shook his head and said he was looking to get out of this company. He also said he has been there for 10 years and has never heard of this Ed who has been there guy for 15. in any case, Tammy also refused to give me Eds number, when I offered to contact my cellular company to be even more thorough that we were never contacted. As far as me texting her that I believed "i suppose this is on me too' is because when we first struggled to pin down some truth about Ed contacting me she blamed us for not responding to emails and texts we never received, and why would the plumbing issue be any different when all she stated to me was, "well he is there and has been knocking on the door for fifteen minutes." YES, AFTER the arranged time meaning he was late and missed his appointment to fix my disposal. the issues in my unit are now fixed yes, I am leaving this unit December 8 th, and will accept my deposits back PROMPTLY. I contacted the Revdex.com to possibly get somewhere in this matter rather than hearing back from Tammy again herself as I don't believe she has been truthful, or helpful. She is unprofessional, and for her to say I become heated and say not so nice things, is completely contrary to her being incompetent at her job.. thanks for the response Tammy. I'm glad you have been tentative to the other tenants after this complain was filed, they were pleased with how you are now taking care of things as prior they have stated they also have had nothing but issues with you, so for you to also believe you have had no issues "thus far" is all in your own opinion. we have been told from tenants that any time they have had issues with you they request to talk to [redacted] and you always respond that they are on vacation or busy. Do [redacted]s ever hear about your lacking of professionalism or do you just continue to keep all of this to yourself. Not having working appliances, and eye sores in my house is for sure unsatisfactory living Tammy, whether you choose to believe so or not.
