June 29, 2017Revdex.comMirjana PopovichMarketplace Resource [email protected]: Complaint - ID [redacted] As stated by the customer, they were to pick up their order of dark grey epoxy primer and dark grey polyurethane top coat on Friday June 16th, so they could complete their project over the weekendThe customer picked up the dark grey epoxy primer on Thursday June (a day before the pick up date) and clear polyurethane with dark grey color packs on Friday June 16th (the scheduled pick up date).The issue was that the customer was to pick up pigmented urethane but because of a very busy month of sales Key Resin was out of the dark grey urethane and the new shipment was delayed several daysAt no time did other customers receive material that was scheduled for this customerThe other customers that received the dark grey urethane had orders that were placed before this customers orderKey Resin stocks pigment packs to be used in clear resin for this particular situationWe often sell pigment packs to be used in both epoxy and urethane clear resins and they work excellentI am the local sales representative for Key ResinAs soon as my office notified me about the situation I called the customer and explained that I would simply supply him with pigment packsThat same day I applied the dark grey epoxy and the clear urethane with the dark grey pigment pack to a 2'x2' boardOn Friday June 16th I showed the customer the sample board and he agreed that it looked great.My office staff does not give technical adviceThat is my job and when I was notified I quickly resolved the situationThe customer has since purchased and received two additional orders.Kirk StokesWestern Region Sales ManagerKey Resin WestOffice (602)523-9353Cell (602)[email protected]
