Review: I contacted [redacted] to place an order several months ago and I told him I was in a crunch and he agreed to have the keytags rushed. I paid him $500.00 with a [redacted] Credit Card. After I paid it and he again told me it would be rushed, it was NEVER rushed. I sent emails, I called - NO ANSWER. NO RESPONSE. Finally my sales manager called from his cell phone and my sales manager gave me the phone and spoke to [redacted] apologized and said I would have it by Wednesday and to make it up to me he would be giving me a refund of $250.00 plus a 25% off on my next order . Wednesday came and went and I did not receive the items until the next day. I sent an email reminding him of my refund. NO RESPONSE. Called again, no response. Finally on a Saturday I called him and he answered and said he was sooo sorry and he would process it on Monday. I have been checking my credit card and NO REFUND!! I dont understand why or how he thinks this is good business!!!
I own my own business and if I promised someone a refund I DO IT!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I want the full $500 back now since I feel 1) the product is not quality 2) poor customer service 3) too many lies from this company and I could never use this company again
Review: Poor customer service. Dishonesty from sales rep. Products not delivered. No response from sales rep/customer service.
Ordered key tags. Were told they would be in hand within 1 1/2 weeks. Never received invoice or tracking number for shipping. Called to have this issue resolved. Calls either went unanswered or I was told that they would get the invoice to me immediately. I was told the product was shipped and I should have it within a day or two. Blatant dishonesty. Still have not received. Calls then went unanswered before I filed a complaint on their website. I then received an email saying that my key tags had never even gone into production. Told them not even to bother putting them into production. I am requesting a full refund at this time, which has yet to be fulfilled. The process has been nearly two months going now.Desired Settlement: Refund required.
Review: My company credit card was charged $314 more than the order I placed. The original order amount was $177, but we were charged a total of $491.
On June 12, 2013, we placed an order with Keytag1 for student key cards. The total order amount was $177.00 which was charged to our corporate credit card correctly. When reviewing our credit card bank statement a few days later, we noticed that Keytag1 charged our credit card with two more additional transactions on June 13, 2013. One transaction was for $57.00 and the other was for $257.00 for a total overcharge of $314.00. We immediately contacted Keytag1 and they acknowledged the two additional charges were a mistake and should not have been charged. They promised a quick refund back to the card for the $314.00. We have made numerous calls to Keytag1 for a refund since June 16th but have not received a refund as of today, July 26, 2013. We have spoken to several different employees of the company regarding this situation. We have been promised a refund but we have not gotten it. Desired Settlement: We are seeking to have the $314.00 overcharge refunded to us. We did receive the merchandise we ordered from them for the $177.00 we paid. We simply want a refund for the incorrect overcharge of $314.00.
