I have worked with Johanne C*** in group Travels She has been a nightmare to work with Her communication has been horrible On our contract, she state there maybe tickets that couldn't not be with the group She would continue to work on getting folks together However, she didn't and then had students flying alone!! She never communicated this to us, they missed their flights She did help rectify this, however there are many very irate families that want their monies back because they paid big money for the travels and these people missed days of their trip Then on the way back, I asked her to confirm tickets She sent the wrong flight numbers and times for the entire group! I caught this a few hours before the group was to depart! The group leader is irate and this was a huge mistake! She takes no owner ship I have asked to speak to her boss, she won't tell me who he is! The customer service is horrible! They specialize in group air and she failed!
