Asked for an Auger still bit to install stations through soil or gravel. The Bit that was ordered and recommended for this job was not the correct one. Tech tried to install one station And it did NOT work. Brought it back for refund or just to order the correct drill bit. Was given the run around for 3 weeks and told today no refund or exchange it is Already used. We have done so much business with them in this local community and It is a huge disappointment and I would like the correct bit to be ordered or just refund us the money and keep the bit originally ordered that is already in their Possession.

Customer wanted to return used concrete drill bit and we have a no return policy for used items. We did however offer store credit, and they refused it. We accepted returns on the merchandise purchased that was still new and unused. They said that they weren't going to deal with us, they would contact the Revdex.com.
