As the customer has stated, he purchased a $Service Call Deal We have attached two (2) attachments: 1) the actual deal that we copied from Angie's List that all customers see and read before they purchase the deal and the receipt of the the deal [redacted] purchased If you note on page of the attached file "Service Call Deal", we have highlighted the following statement, "Deal covers a service call onlyAdditional charge for parts and labor, but service provider is willing to pass on significant savings." The customer is requesting that we clearly disclose a labor fee minimum We do not have a labor fee minimum, the $he was charged was the labor fee that was charged for the service we provided to the customerAlthough we do not disclose an exact price on the deal, we do however disclose that there is an additional charges for parts and labor We can not disclose that there is a $minimum because we charge labor based on the service we provideWe will not be able to reimburse the customer's $since we did tell him the cost up front and he agreed to the cost The customer had a chance to say no to the service and reject the $labor charge once we gave him the cost, however, he chose to say yes and move forward Finally, maybe the customer did not read the deal he purchased, but we clearly disclose that there are additional charges for parts and labor This information is not hidden nor is it written in little tiny writing It is written in regular text and is in plain sight for each and every customer to see and readWe have committed any violations

If you note on page 2 of the attached file "Service Call Deal", we have highlighted the following statement, "Deal covers a service call only. Additional charge for parts and labor,
but service provider is willing to pass on significant savings."  
The customer is requesting that we clearly disclose a labor fee minimum.  We do not have a labor fee minimum, the $75 he was charged was the labor fee that was charged for the service we provided to the customer. Although we do not disclose an exact price on the deal, we do however disclose that there is an additional charges for parts and labor.  We can not disclose that there is a  $75 minimum because we charge labor based on the service we provide.
We will not be able to reimburse the customer's $75 since we did tell him the cost up front and he agreed to the cost.  The customer had a chance to say no to the service and reject the $75 labor charge once we gave him the cost, however, he chose to say yes and move forward.   Finally, maybe the customer did not read the deal he purchased, but we clearly disclose that there are additional charges for parts and labor.  This information is not hidden nor is it written in little tiny writing.  It is written in regular text and is in plain sight for each and every customer to see and read. We have committed any violations.
